** Call Center Agent
** to work as a Medi-Cal Member Agent, helping members with their Medi-Cal program inquiries. You’ll manage inbound calls and occasionally place outbound calls, with the opportunity to cross-train on provider calls as you grow in the role.

Geographic Reference This is a long-term, open-ended remote position with a clear path to advancement — strong performers can move into Team Lead or Supervisor roles. Company equipment is provided, and training is fully paid.
** Remote worker requirement:
** You must submit a speed test via  showing a minimum of 60 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload before starting.## What You’ll Do
* Handle inbound calls from Medi-Cal members, and occasional outbound calls, with professionalism and accuracy
* Support members with program inquiries and route them to the right resource
* Cross-train to handle provider calls as your skills develop
* Transfer calls that fall outside your scope to the appropriate team
* Meet performance metrics for attendance, adherence, accuracy, and quality## Must-Have Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
* Home internet meeting the minimum speed requirement (see note above)
* Experience with computer  software, CRM tools, and telephone technology
* Proficient with help desk software, or tech-savvy enough to learn new systems quickly
* Strong problem-solving skills for complex situations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Customer Services## Nice-to-Have Qualifications
* Experience in a call center environment
* Familiarity with Medicare or Medi-Cal programs
