ARTELLA Solutions is seeking an Elite Customer Service Level 2 representative in Houston to assist patients with troubleshooting devices and ensuring continuous streaming data for Cardiac Monitoring reports.
You will support Level 1 knowledge, ensure patients stay online, and document interactions with clinics and patients in the portal. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are required;
Spanish is a plus.
