Process eligibility and enrollment for individual and group customers;
Analyze and interpret policies to determine eligibility and coverage;
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues;
Utilize various computer systems to accurately enter and maintain customer information;
Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer information;
Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to colleagues;
