Vaco is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a remote, temporary assignment supporting a tourism and experiences company. The role runs full-time Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, with an estimated contract length of 2–6 months.
The ideal candidate has call center or high-volume customer service experience, excellent phone etiquette, and comfort using Teams, Outlook, and other systems while assisting customers with reservations, schedules, policies, and trip information.
