Maximus is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support FEMA. This remote work‑at‑home role requires residing within 75 miles of Oklahoma City, OK and picking up equipment at the office.
You will collect information, enter data, respond to inquiries, and maintain confidentiality while assisting disaster survivors. The position requires an 8‑hour shift, 5 days a week (some weekend work) between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST. This is a temporary assignment contingent on funding.
