This fully remote role requires strong judgment and composure as you handle a range of calls—from minor issues to serious collisions—and coordinate or escalate the appropriate response.
Training is provided with paid training hours, and you will work from home-based equipment following company procedures to ensure accurate data and quick, empathetic support.
