Customer Support Specialist – Remote

We are seeking an organized and solutions-focused Customer Support Specialist to assist clients with travel inquiries, reservations, and general customer support.

This remote role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide helpful and professional assistance throughout a client's travel planning experience.

• Respond to client travel inquiries professionally and promptly
• Research travel products based on client requests
• Assist with hotel, cruise, resort, tour, and vacation package reservations
• Review reservation details for accuracy
• Help clients understand applicable travel policies and supplier requirements
• Coordinate with travel suppliers when necessary
• Assist with reservation changes and general travel questions
• Maintain accurate client communication and booking records
• Provide pre-travel and post-booking support
• Stay informed about relevant supplier and destination updates
