Client Experience Specialist

We're seeking reliable individuals to provide thoughtful client support throughout the travel planning process. In this role, you'll communicate with clients, organize important details, coordinate schedules, and help ensure they receive a smooth and positive experience.

This is a fully remote role for someone who enjoys helping others, working independently, and taking ownership of the details behind the scenes.

No previous travel experience is necessary. Comprehensive training and ongoing guidance are included.

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

• Help organize itineraries, schedules, confirmations, and travel information

• Provide timely updates and respond professionally to questions

• Keep client details accurate, organized, and easy to follow

• Track important dates, tasks, and planning milestones

• Support each client throughout the process from start to finish

• Enjoy providing helpful and attentive service

• Communicate professionally through phone, email, or messaging

• Have strong organizational and time-management skills

• Pay close attention to details

• Are comfortable learning online tools and systems

• Can work independently while remaining accountable

• Approach challenges with patience and a solutions-focused attitude

Customer service, client care, hospitality, scheduling, administrative, or planning experience is beneficial but not required.
