The Role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers
- Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve their business objectives
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop customer success playbooks and best practices
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address concerns
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Experience working with enterprise B2B customers
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Understanding of supply chain or logistics industry is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
- Base salary plus commission structure
