In this role, you’ll connect with members who have requested information about available benefit programs, answer their questions, and guide them through the process. • Connect with members who have requested benefit information
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments by phone or Zoom
• Explain available programs clearly and professionally
• Answer questions and assist with applications and enrollment
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Provide follow-up support throughout the process
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
• Work alongside a supportive and goal-oriented team
