The Remote Travel Advisor (Disney Niche) is a contract role responsible for planning and booking customized Disney vacations, including theme park visits, resort stays, cruises, and special experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and timelines; designing tailored itineraries; and managing all travel arrangements such as accommodations, tickets, transportation, and dining reservations. The advisor will provide proactive customer service, answer questions about Disney destinations and offerings, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable travel experience from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up.

This is a fully remote role that also involves leveraging exclusive promotions, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality travel experiences.
• Exceptional communication skills, including clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients and partners.
• Experience with travel arrangements, such as booking accommodations, tickets, transportation, and managing itineraries.
• Background or familiarity with travel agency operations, online booking tools, and vendor or supplier coordination.
• In-depth interest in or knowledge of Disney destinations, products, and promotions (parks, resorts, cruises, and special events).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple client inquiries, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and online research.
• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or the travel industry is beneficial; relevant certifications or training in travel advising are a plus.
