Location: Northern
U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Agent who is fluent in Spanish and English to support customers remotely across multiple states. You will respond to inquiries, help with payments and billing, and ensure accurate account information with a customer-centric approach.
Training lasts 9 weeks with a Monday–Friday schedule; starting pay is $20.00 per hour. Additional pay is offered for bilingual skills and shift options.
