Well Sense Health Plan in Massachusetts is seeking bilingual Customer Care Reps to work from home full-time. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM EST, with no weekend work.
As the first point of contact for members, providers and internal customers, you will answer questions, resolve issues, and document interactions accurately. A 12-week training may be provided, with opportunities for growth.
