Responds to record and process telephonic payment inquiries. Responsible for taking both initial and ongoing payments for insurance products while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsible to work in multiple computer programs at a time. Must be able to maintain a high level of service to customers while managing changing volume demands of the call center.

Insurance Premium Payment Associate Responds to record and process telephonic payment inquiries. Responsible for taking both initial and ongoing payments for insurance products while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsible to work in multiple computer programs at a time. Must be able to maintain a high level of service to customers while managing changing volume demands of the call center.

One year customer service experience, computer skills & strong verbal skills required. Collections experience preferred. Must be detailed oriented.
