As a Customer Care Associate, you will utilize organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities to respond to customer needs via telephone or written communication. • Customer Care Team team members are scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with shift times determined by customer demand. This schedule includes participation in a rotating Saturday shift.
• This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with opportunities for both onsite and remote work.
