U.S. Bank is seeking a bilingual customer service representative to respond to inquiries, resolve issues on first contact, and provide account information. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work with digital banking apps.
9 weeks of training are scheduled, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST. Starting pay is $20.00/hour with additional pay for bilingual language skills, shift time, and Saturday schedules. Attractive benefits follow employment status.
