Alpaca is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive post-signature success for B2B clients, including onboarding, activation, expansion, and renewal. You will be the main liaison, maintaining relationships and guiding executives on platform outcomes from our US-based operations.
This remote role requires 4–6 years of customer success experience, familiarity with SaaS and APIs, and Fin Tech broker-dealer insight. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Broker-Dealer teams to propel growth.
