Are you organized, detail oriented, and enjoy helping others? We are currently seeking Remote Reservations Coordinator to assist with travel planning, client support, and itinerary coordination. This flexible remote position offers comprehensive training, ongoing support, and access to industry booking tools.
Responsibilities- Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options
- Coordinate reservations for hotels, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages
- Organize client itineraries and travel documents
- Communicate with travel suppliers regarding availability and reservations
- Maintain accurate records and booking information
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the planning process
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using a computer and online applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
- Self motivated with attention to detail

- Must be authorized to work in the United States
