Working remotely, the full-time Customer Service Representative will answer incoming communications, troubleshoot consumer product issues, and provide support while ensuring compliance with service levels for various prestigious brands.
Key responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and chats while documenting interactions in the CRM system
- Troubleshoot consumer product issues and provide appropriate solutions and follow-ups
- Handle quality complaints and adverse events in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and software, including CRM platforms
- Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations
- Experience in active listening and effective communication
- Demonstrated empathy and patience when interacting with consumers
