We are actively seeking a Critical Care Specialist to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

This role’s primary responsibility will be to serve as primary support for consumer reported adverse events (health, medical or safety concerns) in relation to our portfolio of products, including coordination of all aspects of related investigations. This role will also contribute to continuous improvement of process and products in support of cross-functional collaboration and information sharing.

• Acting as primary communicator and contact for consumer, leading with empathy and providing clear expectations and explanations with regards to investigation process and outcomes.
• Coordinating detailed information gathering from all relevant internal and external sources to support investigative findings. This may include private veterinarians and retailers.
• Logging all consumer contacts and case correspondence into CRM software in an accurate and in a timely and accurate manner.
• Driving investigation follow up or action items to completion.
• Providing adverse event metrics and trends to stakeholders upon request.
• Supporting functional area process renovations and builds.
• Representing Compana at select trade shows and events upon request.

• Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms
• College degree or Veterinary Technician experience preferred
• 3-5 years consumer/client service experience with a history of providing exemplary level service.
• Experience in interpreting veterinary patient case notes and similar medical/technical information preferred
• Direct experience in providing consumer/customer support
• Proven competency in delivering technical information to variety of audiences
