To support a growing sales team, the part-time Remote Customer Support Agent (UT & ) will engage with prospective customers through warm calls, utilizing sales tactics to qualify leads and promote various services in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:- Contact prospective customers to ask qualifying questions about their expressed interest in products or services
- Make fast-paced calls, typically lasting 2-4 minutes, and use sales techniques to retain customer engagement
- Receive training in high-demand industries and communicate the benefits of various services to customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must complete a successful background check
- Availability to work at least 22 hours per week, with shifts of a minimum of 4 hours
- Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls during scheduled shifts
- Consistent attendance and reliability in meeting work requirements
