• 2+ years of CSR or call center experience (preferably in trades or service industries)
• Direct Service Titan experience required (Jobber/House Call Pro a plus)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to problem-solve and perform under pressure
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Slack, Trello, Dialpad, and email
• Team-first mindset with the ability to work independently

M-F: 5 PM – 1 AM EST

Weekends: 8 AM – 1 AM EST

• Shifts are based on client demand, coverage, and employment laws & regulations.
