Associate Business Advisor

• Provide customer care and support as an A2 Process Associate
• Handle customer interactions and manage multiple tasks, requests, and concerns
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer problems
• De-escalate customer frustration and maintain a strong customer experience

• 1 to 3 years of international contact center experience
• Minimum graduation requirement
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent written and oral communication, listening, and comprehension skills
• Stellar customer service skills and ability to de-escalate customer frustration
• Superior problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and objectively
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
