Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to deliver high level support to 30–50 automotive dealerships in a defined region. You will act as a trusted consultant, ensuring customers maximize software usage through on-site and video conference support, with roughly 80% on-site and 20% remote during regular duties.
Training is paid and extensive, conducted at our offices in Houston, TX and Dayton, OH as well as online, with mentorship nationwide.
