Oak Street Health is seeking a Remote CC Service Advocate I to manage patient appointment scheduling and provide exceptional service. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, update records, and communicate clearly with patients, supporting a seamless scheduling experience.
The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1 year of customer service experience, and US work authorization. Prior EMR and Excel experience are preferred; remote work setup and weekend shifts may apply.
