Responsibilities:- Respond to client requests via inbox / ticketing with speed and clarity
- Complete routine updates and support tasks within Care guidelines
- Triage bugs and complex issues to the right owner with full context
- Maintain help docs and internal macros (including AI-assisted drafts you verify)
- Protect the client experience — no ghosting, no vague status updates
- 1+ years in customer support, CSR, or client services
- Excellent written English and patience with non-technical clients
- Comfortable learning website and admin tools quickly
- Reliable remote work habits and schedule flexibility within team hours
- Authorized to work remotely in the United States
