The Role & What You’ll Do- As a Claims Service Representative, you serve as the primary point of contact and a reassuring voice for policyholders navigating a challenging situation. In this role, you will manage initial claim processing while delivering exceptional, customer-focused care.
- Answer incoming calls and perform courteous follow-up outreach to address customer questions clearly and empathetically.
- Review digital claim files for accuracy, confirm policy details, and enter key information into our system.
- Apply established company guidelines to establish claim reserves and coordinate next steps or appraisals for the insured.
- Work alongside claims adjusters and underwriters to share information smoothly and keep the process stress-free for clients.

- Background with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, administrative support, or retail settings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex details simply.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer tools, managing electronic records, and working within Microsoft Office.
- A strong foundation of empathy, active listening, and sound judgment during fast-paced workdays.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, though a college degree or ongoing coursework is a plus.
