n8n is seeking a Customer Success Lead to manage and grow our Guided and High Touch Customer Success teams across the West and Central regions. You will report to the Global VP of Customer Success and shape the CS function from the ground up, building processes, playbooks, and automations to scale value for strategic customers.
You will lead by example, recruit and develop talent, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey and long-term success.
