No previous insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Our organization has operated virtually since 2020, allowing representatives to serve clients remotely while receiving ongoing training, mentorship, technology, and leadership support.

As a Remote Member Relationship Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted resource for members throughout their benefits experience.

• Meet with members virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals who have requested information regarding available benefits
• Build and maintain long-term relationships through professional, personalized service
• Answer questions regarding benefit programs and coverage options
• Explain available solutions clearly and accurately
• Assist members throughout the application and enrollment process
• Provide ongoing service and follow-up after enrollment
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Address questions and concerns professionally and efficiently

• Participate in structured virtual onboarding and training
• Attend ongoing coaching and mentorship sessions
• Develop communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
• Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
• Collaborate with teammates in a fully remote environment
• Participate in leadership development opportunities
