In this role, you'll connect virtually with members and their families who are seeking information about available supplemental benefits. You'll help answer questions, explain coverage options, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing support.

As a Remote Member Success Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted resource for members throughout the benefits process.

Your role combines customer service, relationship building, benefits education, and consultative enrollment support.

• Meet with members virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Respond to questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain products and benefit programs clearly and professionally
• Help members understand options based on their individual needs
• Assist with applications, enrollment, and required documentation
• Provide follow-up support after enrollment
• Review existing coverage and help members understand available options

• Build positive, long-term relationships with members and their families
• Deliver professional and personalized service during every interaction
• Follow up with members regarding questions, updates, and service needs
• Maintain accurate member records and documentation
• Resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
• Create a positive member experience from initial consultation through ongoing service

• Participate in structured virtual training and onboarding
• Attend ongoing coaching and professional development sessions
• Develop communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
• Collaborate with experienced leaders and team members
• Develop skills that may lead to future leadership and management opportunities
