Location: Remote (Portugal-based) Start Date: 7 May 2026 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Contract: 6-month fixed-term (CDD)
Provide support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat. Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
Strong communication skills. Customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Remote working model. Stable Monday–Friday schedule. Training and onboarding support. International work environment.
Must already be based in Portugal (mainland) No relocation support. Remote role only. Contract duration: 6 months (CDD)
