GE Appliances, a Haier company, is hiring a Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent in Consumer Relations to resolve escalated issues for GE Appliances customers. You will work with multiple internal departments to ensure a satisfactory resolution and a positive owner experience.
The role starts with a 10-week full-time training Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM CST, after which shifts run 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, Monday-Friday. Base pay is $17.00/hour plus incentives based on quality scores.
