Yelp, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Mandarin-speaking Customer Success Representative to support, consult, and retain our small business advertisers. This remote role requires residency in the United States (excluding the Bay Area) and involves helping clients maximize ad performance and ROI.
You will handle high-volume inquiries, educate advertisers on Yelp’s solutions, and work with both English and Mandarin-speaking customers to achieve monthly targets in a fast-paced environment.
