As a Virtual Support Specialist, you'll help create a positive client experience from the initial consultation through ongoing policy support.

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Listen to client needs and answer questions professionally
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
• Help clients understand coverage and policy information
• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
• Assist existing clients with policy reviews and beneficiary updates
• Provide ongoing policy and customer support
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation
• Build long-term relationships through consistent, professional service

Work from home anywhere within the United States. Client appointments, training, coaching, and team meetings are conducted virtually.
