Job Title: Resident Support Manager
Pay: $28.00–$30.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

As a Resident Support Manager, you'll serve as the go-to person for residents, ensuring they have a seamless, positive experience from move-in to move-out. You'll collaborate with internal teams and provide top-notch service that promotes satisfaction, retention, and community engagement.
What You'll Do- Being the main point of contact for assigned residents and addressing their needs and concerns
- Resolving resident escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinating move-in activities, including lease signing, onboarding, utility setup, and move-in follow-up
- Assisting residents with transfer and move-out procedures to ensure a smooth transition
- Monitoring resident satisfaction surveys and following up on issues promptly
- Managing maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution
- Supporting lease compliance, HOA requirements, and effective communication with residents
- Maintaining accurate resident records and processing transactions using Yardi or similar software
- Preparing reports and working with teams to continuously enhance the resident experience
- Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
- At least 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, resident services, customer service, hospitality, or related fields
- Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Residential property management experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software (preferred)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and HOA compliance (preferred)

Schedule:
This position is a hybrid role in Brentwood, TN, offering a mix of remote work on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday. The schedule follows a standard weekday workweek.
