1-800 Contacts is seeking a remote customer care specialist to join our team. You’ll handle inbound calls, advise customers, and help them get the most value from their contact lens orders in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
We offer 40-hour weeks, afternoon/evening shifts, remote work from approved states (UT, TX, NC), with paid training and a pay range of $15–$21 per hour plus bonus potential up to $6 per hour.
