Caring Family Coordinator

Families come to Caring during some of the most important and emotional moments of their lives. Our Family Advisors are at the heart of that journey, serving as trusted partners who listen, understand each family's unique needs, and help them confidently find the right senior living and care options.
This is a work-from-home opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver community referrals that match care seeker inquiries
- Communicate proactively with partner communities to prepare them for incoming referrals and ensure they are equipped to engage effectively
- Support Family Advisors by managing tour coordination with community partners and care seekers
- Monitor and address barriers to tour completion, working collaboratively with internal teams and community partners
- Work closely with Family Advisors, community partners, and internal stakeholders to align goals and share insights
- Participate in pilot testing and feedback loops to validate and refine the FC model with the aim of increasing successful tours and placements
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Comfort level in following communication guidelines on the phone
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Comfort with the unknown and able to shift gears quickly as procedures change according to evolving business needs and performance data
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A continuous improvement mindset
Competencies:
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, business operations, or sales
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to deliver results in an independent telecommute environment
- Industry Knowledge and/or past history of senior care industry experience is preferred
- High computer literacy, including proficiency Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and ability to navigate a multi-window workstation with ease
- Familiarity with navigating a CRM;
Hub Spot experience preferred - Familiarity with navigating a telephony system;
Twilio Flex experience preferred - Strong typing skills
- Structured, pre-scheduled training attendance is mandatory.
- Advisors must have a designated, private home office space during working hours, with a daily schedule free from distractions and interruptions.
- A high-speed, hard-wired internet connection.
