[Customer Support / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / 2 consecutive days on 12p to 12a EST then 2 days off / Competitive salary + eligible for quarterly bonus / Opportunity to work in international and cross-functional team - As a Customer Service Representative, you will: handle incoming calls, emails and live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner;
provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products and services offered by Finyard; troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to management when necessary; maintain customer records and update them as needed; actively promote and sell new products and services to customers; ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service; provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experience and processes within the company;
