loan Depot is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support mortgage customers remotely and to handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and voicemails with a focus on service quality.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in mortgage servicing, strong communication skills, and Spanish language ability. Base pay starts at $20 per hour for non-Spanish reps and $21 per hour for Spanish reps, plus a monthly incentive bonus.
