MOHELA is seeking Customer Care Specialists to support loan borrowers in a hybrid role near Wilkes-Barre, PA. The 5-week training is mostly virtual with some mandatory in-office days to provide hands-on support.
After training, shifts vary to meet business needs, with schedules such as afternoon or daytime blocks. A high school diploma and at least 1 year in customer service are required;
Spanish speakers receive a post-training differential.
