Ascensus is recruiting for a remote Call Center Representative. The role focuses on customer service and processing for employee benefit plans across service centers. You will assist participants, financial advisors, and plan administrators via phone, email, or chat.
Training runs 10:00 am–6:30 pm EST for 4–6 weeks, then shifts operate in EST. This temporary position may convert to full time based on business needs and performance.
