Inte Logix is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will resolve inquiries, handle complaints, and guide customers through solutions with a focus on quality service.
The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in a call center, strong typing, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. The role requires excellent communication and sustained attention during shifts, with weekend/holiday flexibility.
