Oregon Community Credit Union is seeking a Collector I to join our remote Collections team. This role supports members in resolving delinquent accounts with empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving, while protecting OCCU assets and maintaining relationships.
You will work with members to identify payment solutions, arrange plans, and handle collateral and regulatory compliance. Evening/weekend work may be required.
