• Assist families in planning age-appropriate, budget-conscious, and fun vacations
• Recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities suited to families and children
• Manage booking logistics with care, including special requests
• Keep clients informed of travel policies, safety updates, and family-friendly tips
• Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-ups and service

• Experience in family travel planning, customer service, or hospitality (preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with online research and booking tools
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Basic computer skills required
