The Company:

We're seeking someone with a genuine passion for customer service, ready to deliver truly exceptional experiences. In this pivotal role, you'll proactively connect with members, assisting them with their benefit plans.

What’s in it for you:

• Hourly compensation $22.00 - $24.00 depending on experience
• Monday
  - Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
• Full suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance
• 401(k) matching

Key Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Knowledge of dental/vision/life/disability insurance is a plus
• Active Life & Health insurance license
• MS Office
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Core Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative environment within a dynamic team to achieve shared objectives
• Proactively manage a high volume of inbound inquiries, providing expert guidance on established dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans
• Efficiently manage documentation processes and respond to email inquiries, ensuring strict adherence to company protocols and contributing to streamlined operations and enhanced client satisfaction
