Qualfon is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support members and providers from a home office in the United States. You will handle inbound calls, document interactions in CRM, and collaborate with teammates to resolve inquiries efficiently.
Starting hourly pay is $19.50. The role includes paid training and access to the Qualfon University scholarship program. Fluency in English and Spanish, at least six months of experience, 25 WPM typing, and reliable internet are required.
