• Moderate user-generated content on client platforms, reviewing graphic images, videos, and written content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and escalation of violations.
• Review content to determine community guidelines are met while upholding high standards of accuracy and quality.
• Participate in frequent refresher training to implement correct policies.
• Comply with performance indicators or parameters defined by the specific client’s operation.
• Review, classify, and/or eliminate highly sensitive content uploaded by users, according to client parameters.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues within agreed‑upon turnaround times and quality standards.
• Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and proper handling of customer information to guarantee security.
• Participate in continuous training programs for optimal development.
• Comply with all orders, instructions, and procedures related to the role.
• Moderate traumatic, sensitive, and potentially offensive content.
• Provide trends and insights to develop improvements to overall processes and recommend process, policy, and product enhancements.
• Remain up to date on workflow changes, operational guidelines, policy updates, and Community Standards.

• Must be able to work on site in El Paso, Texas (not a work-from-home position).
• Experience navigating internet websites, including social media and commercial sites.
• Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Comfortable reviewing internet content that may be inappropriate and/or contain explicit material.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexibility to meet changing business needs (days off/hours).
• Logical problem‑solving skills.
• Availability to work various shifts.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Strong computer skills with ability to use multiple windows and/or programs simultaneously.
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Over 18 years of age.
• High School Graduate, GED, or higher (proof required).
• Predictable and reliable attendance.
• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Organization and work prioritization skills.
