Customer Service Representative

Closet Factory is looking for an organized, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you ll play an important role in creating a positive first impression. You ll assist prospective and existing customers, answer incoming calls, schedule appointments for our Design Consultants, assist customers who visit our showroom, and help keep our office running smoothly.

Our office is fast-paced, and no two days are the same. We re looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, is highly organized, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and providing exceptional customer service
• Contacting prospective customers to schedule appointments with our Design Consultants (no cold calling)
• Managing appointment calendars and making scheduling adjustments as needed
• Following up with prospective customers regarding appointments and inquiries
• Assisting customers who visit the showroom and providing a welcoming, professional experience
• Entering and maintaining accurate customer information in Salesforce
• Communicating professionally with customers and internal team members
• Routing calls and messages to the appropriate departments
• Creating and posting content for the company s social media platforms
• Assisting with general office and administrative tasks
• Maintaining a professional, friendly, and positive experience for every customer

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and confident phone presence
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (G Suite), Salesforce, and the ability to quickly learn new software
• Comfortable using social media platforms and creating engaging content
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous customer service, scheduling, receptionist, call center, or inside sales experience is preferred but not required
