Customer Care Intern

• Assist the local Care team in Brussels with daily contract management (extensions, changes, etc.).
• Execute daily administrative tasks.
• Answer client questions via phone and email to ensure smooth customer service.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure a seamless end‑of‑contract experience.

• Student seeking a 6‑month internship.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: excited to work in a fast‑growing start‑up solving complex problems.
• Team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment.
• Strong work ethic and problem‑solving mentality; ready to go the extra mile for customers.
• Passion for cars is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English;
  Dutch is a plus.
