Customer Support Specialist

Role Description

This full‑time, hybrid position is located in Nashville, TN, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Rental Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handle inquiries, bookings and reservations efficiently, manage invoicing, process transactions, and assist in coordinating the rental and return of trailers and equipment. You will work closely with customers and team members to ensure a smooth rental process and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain clear, professional interactions with clients and team members.
• Experience in customer service and a focus on achieving solid customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment or trailer rental operations; prior experience in a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in managing invoicing and payment processing tasks with accuracy.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and collaborate in both in‑office and remote settings.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred; familiarity with rental business software is an advantage.
